This project involved the retrofitting of a bowling alley into office space.  A new building envelope was done to improve thermal performance and aesthetics. New mechanical and electrical systems were put in to reduce long-term operating costs and carbon emissions. Spatial planning and 3D modeling allowed visioning for current needs and future growth.


Our client was able to purchase and renovate the building for less cost than constructing a new one. Efficient planning allowed for tenant space and additional revenue.


The updated space and amenities such as a new kitchen and social area, new furniture systems and bigger offices has improved staff satisfaction. The renovation gives local presence with a big city feel, complementing our client’s successful practice.
