This affordable housing project was completed in 2 phases on six, 40 ft. x 100 ft. RA-7 zoned lots. The phases are connected by a pedway on 2 floors. 

Phase 1 offered 28 studio, one and two bedroom units. Phase 2 included 24 studio and one bedroom units, as well as a basement with a communal kitchen, dining room, and amenity space for both buildings.
