This pilot project is a success story for the Town of Westlock's affordable housing initiative, which provides residents with a positive image in the community.

The building offers a 24 unit mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom units. An interior atrium with trees, shrubs and clerestory lighting provides an inviting, central space for family interaction.
