This unique project offers 134 memory care units spread across 5 storeys.  Each floor has pocket lounges throughout so residents have an increased opportunity for casual interaction, as well as shortened distances to seating as they walk around.

The spatial programme also includes tub rooms, a salon, a sanctuary, commercial kitchen and laundry, medication rooms, and locker rooms.  There is a high-level security requirement for this project that demands significant specialized hardware. 

Interior spaces are enhanced with vaulted ceilings, built-in indoor planters, a waterfall and a large linear atrium spanning the 5-storeys.
