Located in the largest community in West Chilcotin, the Ulkatcho Mercantile offers a unique anemity for the community and tourists alike. The area is known for its world class wilderness experiences from fishing, hiking and horseback riding trips, and is the eastern gateway to Tweedsmuir Provincial Park.

The main floor program includes a gas station convenience store and small cafe with local coffee and baked goods. The second floor has three short or long-term rental suites including a building operator's residence. 

The site program allows for overnight semitruck parking and has a large patio for patrons to use during their stop.
